        A few things: - This clinic, rarely - if ever, answers their phone. Nor do they return messages. - When I was seen, I quickly realized my visit was a total waste of time. To much to explain in this forum, however the diagnosis at this clinic made absolutely no sense whatsoever. - If you're working with the VA or Tri Care, highly recommend you go somewhere else. The "individual" who saw me couldn't have been more rude if she tried. This is the type of "Care in the Community" clinic that gives the VA and Tri Care a bad reputation. One more thing, this place is terrible to work with.

        PSA!!! They are extremely short staffed right now in Kapolei. Select the extention to call different office and make appt for Kapolei.

        Unable to even schedule and appointment. Ive tried calling the main office number as well as the Kapolei office. Ive waited on multiple long holds to be connected to a live person. I understand the front desk can get busy, and you may miss a call her and there. But Ive called a dozen times. Maybe the doctors are great...but the front desk certainly isnt.
