How impressed I was with the knowledge and expertise that my technician Eddie brought to my home! He was able to educate me as to what habits of mine were allowing cockroaches to gain a foothold, and what I needed to do to eliminate those problems, while guiding his young apprentice Trevor. It’s clear that both technicians are passionate about their work, and that’s refreshing to see! I was referred by one of my neighbors.. In turn, today I was able to introduce Eddie and Trevor to my new next door neighbor.. One accepts that dealing with cockroaches is just part of living in this Island paradise.. I’m grateful for experts like the ones who came to my home today, that together we can make this a non-issue.. They EVEN MOVED the STOVE and the FRIDGE to spray behind.. 😳We didn’t even move the fridge when we painted the kitchen! Mahalo nui to Kilawea Pest control, and these accomplished technicians! Our usual technician, Ness, was not able to do the usual bi-monthly rounds at our home but Eddie and Trevor were prompt, thorough, and responsive. It's nice that Kilauea's technicians share a common philosophy of customer service. A+. Thank you.
