        This has got to be the slowest Starbucks Ive been toall three employees had to be new..noone with experience working..one person making drinks while other two watch..what is going on?!? 20min wait after I ordered. Come on Starbucks, do better.

        20 minutes to make an iced latte. There was not a rush. They forgot to write a cup. 10 minutes in we reminded them, they apologized and it still took 10 more minutes for the iced latte.

        Store closes at 5pm. Was refused service at 4:13pm by a very rude employee after I traveled all day and 2 airplanes. Thanks for nothing!
