Absolutely amazing service! We had an issue with our beautiful new table warping. I called to chat and see if they could do anything about it, the sales person that helped us was out, but Chris the regional manager graciously offered to replace the table no questions asked! Amazing!! I am so grateful, we love our new Booth!!!

Wow, WOW! I initially wrote a stellar review in regards to the salesman that I used to purchase over 4,000.00 worth of product at Furniture Row. I still stand behind that review but the follow-up and customer service I received post purchase has blown me away! Extremely rude and dismissive. The bulk of my purchase, a leather sectional and small dining table with 4 chairs was delivered as promised and by 2 amazing guys. My backordered bench for said table, was a nightmare to get info on. I was told it would be 2 months and I was alright with this but once that 2 months had passed...I had to call them. This too is fine but the attitudes and unprofessional behavior of the 2 associates that I spoke to blew me away!!! Just WOW!!!

We went yesterday to oak express looking for bar stools. We had to ask for help twice even though we were the only customers there. He said he needed to check his computer to see if he could have more shipped in. In the meantime we walked around the perimeter of the store once. Since he was joking with friends we thought he was done so we asked if he had found more. He said he hadn't looked due to an impt. call he was on. We stood there while he looked and he sarcastically said we could make a trip to Utah and get it if we really wanted it. This sales person needs to take a class on customer service or learn to work with minorities. And I'm not going to another web site and waste my time on this store or person.
