Never used this company before and now never will based on the reckless driving of one their employees had in a company truck during bad weather conditions. The carefree attitude and risk the driver put other people in is, to me, a reflection of the service one would receive from this company - careless

Three summers ago, our dishwasher sprung a leak. Our insurance company had us work with Clear Coast Restoration to fix that issue and do a few upgrades in the process. Flash forward three years later, we are selling our home. Two inspectors found water currently sitting under the kitchen in the crawl space and wet insulation that was pulled down but not removed and replaced properly. This has caused a chain reaction of issues. When my husband called to ask if they could rectify the issue, they said they couldn't do any work due to COVID and uninterested that their work was haphazardly done. We were able to hire another restoration company to find the root of the issue that has been long standing. Apparently, vapor barrier does not get stacked in layers like Clear Coast did. Removing and replacing in one layer is the correct way to mitigate a standing water issue after a leak. We are now paying twice for the work and could lose our home sale. Professionalism 101: do the job correctly.

The guys at Clear Coast Restoration ROCK! They came immediately . They are all professional , very kind and do a great job. They are very easy to work with and always on time. I will definitely use them again if need be and recommend them highly. Thanks guys!
