I cannot get anyone to ever call me back, no matter how many messages I leave. The office will just disregard you. Some examples when I needed customer service and did not get a response: I had canceled a policy and was entitled to a refund that I never received, I had questions about updating my policy, I've gotten mail sent to the wrong address despite providing them in writing with the appropriate address. I've been having these problem since March 2021.

Worst State Farm Agent I have ever had in 30 plus years....! Will not let me make changes 2 my policy and never answers the phone or talks to people.

Was a long time customer of this office while living in Boise, need to insure a boat that is in Idaho. I called twice and did not have the curiosity to return my call after stating they would in the initial discussion. We are currently State Farm customers and have been for over 40 years, makes me rethink this decision.
