      image Was one day late on my payment and it lapsed so I paid my insurance the day I realized it was late I paid on Friday and tried to transfer insurance that same day to my new vehicle and told me I had to wait till Monday so Ive been on hold for 2 hours while I am 8 months pregnant and high risk and havent been able to drive all weekend , they told me they would backdate the insurance but nobody seems to answer or care. This is the worst insurance company Ive ever had
