I have known Matt for a very long time and he has always excelled at whatever he does. He has sold two homes for me and I used him to purchase two homes as well. He went above and beyond to ensure everything went well and advised me on what was best. His personality and communication with me in all matters made the stressful home buying/selling process as smooth and easy as possible. He was able to recognize those moments of stress and talk to me to ensure he was there to try and help resolve anything that may have been causing this stress. As long as I live in Idaho and Matt is still in the real estate business; he and his team will be my team as they made themselves the obvious choice.

Matt, Cristian, & Makena are a team of real estate professionals that will make the buying experience as least stressful as possible. Matt knows the trends of the market and how to negotiate a deal. Even in this very tough market we are in! Cristian has a flexible schedule that makes it easy for any buyer to view homes 7 days a week! Makena was great at follow up and staying on top of the processing schedule. Most importantly there was no pressure and prompt communication on everyone’s part!
