AMAZING staff! Had a bit of trouble printing a document and Paul did a great job troubleshooting with us. He ended up finding a way to get the document to print after we were all about ready to give up. 10/10 would have printer troubles here again.

This was supposed to be more convenient and cheaper instead it was complete inconvenience and cost 3 times the amount it was to do the original job we had done. Employee printed my copy on the most expensive paper without asking and seemed to not care when brought to his attention. Not pleased with them and I should have stayed with Staples

I came to this store to figure out the sizes of a notary stamp, and the workers REFUSED to help me figure out the sizes. They did not bother to help me with anything of the sort. I came to this store to ask a simple question and figure it out, but they flat out ignored me, acting like I wasnt even there as if I was wearing an invisible cloak. And when they finally had the courage to show me the sizes, they made me do the customization on my phone, they said, and did not bother to help me on any step of the way. They just had me do it all on my own as if I was a professional on these kinds of things. Im calling corporate as well on Misty. She clearly cant seem to do her job correctly enough. I dont even know how she was hired. Doesnt seem all that helpful to me. I wish I could give this store 0 stars, as it doesnt even deserve a singular one.
