      image After passing through Your municipality last year and finding it delightful we were planning on staying longer our next time through this year. But words have consequences and the apparent ill treatment of the Utah womens basketball team by your citizens is unacceptable is. Therefore we will not be staying as planned.

Such actions do not reflect the values of Coeur d'Alene, which strives to embody inclusivity and kindness in our growing community. We extend our sincerest apologies to the affected athletes and are committed to fostering a welcoming environment that makes such behavior unthinkable.We stand united against hate and bigotry, reaffirming our commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Once again, we apologize for this appalling behavior and offer our unwavering support to the women who were subjected to it.
