Had an issue. Resolution resolved. The boss of the company called me and was very reasonable in terms of resolving my dispute. Will not disclose as to what happened, all I will say is that I had an issue, misunderstandings were cleared, and the boss stepped up in figuring out what’s going on. Was gonna go 3 stars, but I am more satisfied hence the 4 stars.

It's schow's and if you know schow's, they will never change their ways but are unfortunately the only freightliner/western star dealers in the immediate area so they take advantage of it to the fullest and some. They are always outsourcing for parts and filters ect, for a few fleets they have come through there annually. Never can find good help and when they do they lie to them and shower them with broken promises. Wayne is great although some don't like him. Austin's heads so big he bounces himself outta the question. Good job, with somewhat decent benefits though but Don and Craig cannot run a business, never have and never will. You'll be missed Steve R.I.P.
