image We all know that one of the most cringe things about bringing your car to a mechanic is whether or not you can trust them. These guys have figured out how to fix that problem. They meticulously photograph and video the issues they find and will literally spend an hour explaining them to you. I've never seen this level of customer service at a car repair place. The only negative points might be that they seem very, very busy so things might take some extra time and cost a bit more. I'd rather pay a bit more to have a job done right than pay the same and get ripped off. Post service is also exceptional. Refer a friend discount is a bonus.

We're so glad you saw the value. You bring up a great point - we are busy. No problem! We've adjusted our process so that if we receive your approval to do a repair and the car is safe to drive, you keep the car if there is a delay in parts. When the parts come in, we notify you to return the car to complete the work. We also provide a shuttle service to and from our home. We take the guesswork and fear out of auto repair while providing value.

image only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because they at least were friendly. Took my sons car in to have new brake pads put on his 2014 elantra. They said they had to do a detailed photo scan first and came back telling me all the rotors were bad and probably have to replace the calipers as well and wanted 2600 TO CHANGE BRAKE PADS OMG>>>> i went 2 miles down the street had the rear pads and rotors replaced for 380 dollars and was told the front pads and rotors were in great condition and did not need to be changed at all at this time...Do yourself a favor and find a reputable repair shop that doesnt make up outrageous claims and totally unacceptable prices. what a scam

Ric, thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback on your 2014 Hyundai Elantra. Every customer is asked to bring in their car at no cost so we can be as transparent as possible when assessing their car's unique individual condition and needs, much like going to a doctor's office. We want to be as transparent as possible and allow the customer to see what we see and make an educated buying decision about their car. This is no cost to you, only your time. We do not practice the “cookie cutter one price fixes all business model.” We don’t believe that is the best service for our customers. This is why we perform a digital inspection or Courtesy Health Check on every vehicle that includes picture perfect proof along with videos of our findings. Our customers love the inspection as it provides transparency and increases trust when making a buying decision. Your estimate was based on the inspection that showed the condition of the brakes and included both axles. The estimate also included top quality pads that carry a 2-year and up to a lifetime warranty. It’s important when comparing prices to compare apples to apples. When it comes to car repairs there are several grades of quality and warranty levels. We try to add value to all our work and only install quality parts. We know that it might cost a little more upfront, but in the long run you pay less and have less down time. Further, our ASE Certified Master Technicians only make recommendations that ensure the safety of the people who drive the vehicle and others on the road. In your case, not knowing if the caliper pistons were in the same condition as the rotors the suggestion was made to replace them if needed. Until doing a complete tear down of the brakes we usually will not know if calipers are needed. At that point we will only install what is needed regardless of the estimate unless the customer wants to update other parts while the vehicle is torn down. You were given two different prices: one with replaced calipers and the other where the existing calipers were kept in place. The customer is in the driver’s seat when it comes to making final repair decisions unless we feel the customer’s safety is an issue. Then we have the professional responsibility of refusing to do the work if the customer chooses not to follow our recommendations. Cutting corners and doing “cheap” is not what we are about. We will never put pads on a car without changing the rotors. This is dangerous and not sound advice from any professional grade repair facility. Sage Creek has been in business for a very long time, and we will always put the customers’ safety above making the sale!

image I felt they couldn't have been more honest, comprehensive, and reasonable, affordable and respectful. They took a full diagnostic and video inspection of the car to let me be honestly and fairly aware of what my older car was dealing with. And went out of their way to make sure I had the best quality yet most affordable deal possible. I also represent my church on a voluntary basis, and I have represented members vehicles for people who have fallen on rough times.
They have gone out of their way to get them the best care possible and procure parts for their relief.
