We scheduled to have our carpets cleaned before we moved in to a new house we bought. The carpet cleaning itself was okay, nothing exceptional. I can't give a quality review about that, because unfortunately for us, we had to replace 2 of 4 carpets because the previous owners animals trashed them. Adam tried to remedy that, but they were so far past a cleaning it wasn't even worth the money we spent on cleaning them, but we didn't even know that until after. The reason for my 2 star review is the professionalism in how they went about informing us of an invoice that was past due. That is 100% my responsibility and I had really thought I had already paid for it. I had not received any emails or phone calls about a past due invoice, so naturally I completely forgot to take care of it, and thought it already was. I did get an invoice reminder today January 21st, and that was the first notice since October 21st, 2020, which was 90 days later! I have over 20,000 emails in my account, I never delete any of them. If there was an invoice reminder sent to my email, I would have received it. Again, zero contact by phone, and my correct phone number was listed on the invoice! They then proceeded to contact my realtor and tell him they're having a hard time getting a hold of me to pay the invoice, which is a lie. I received an email with the invoice 30 minutes prior to my realtor contacting me. I called immediately and paid the invoice, which I would have done happily anytime over the past 90 days had I been aware of it. I personally think my invoice was overlooked and I was never contacted until the 90 day mark and to cover himself for that negligence, he made it seem like I was not responding to pay it, and contacted my realtor. Many apologies to the business for such an extensive period of time to go without paying, but it would have been taken care of long ago had I been properly contacted.
