Flowers At the Falls

Flowers at the Falls went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the beautiful arrangement they put together for my event. With good prices and a convenient location, I will definitely use them again!

We found a beautiful bouquet on line. They said they did not have exactly what they advertised, but said they would make a comparable substitution. Apparently they thought a mediocre vase of flowers is comparable to an amazing $80 arrangement. Truthfully they did not expect that I would know what a cheap handful of cut flowers they sent because I live out of state. When I arrived the next day, I was so disappointed. The arrangement was small (I would have expected to pay around $20 or $30 for it) and the flowers were already starting to die. I called and explained the situation. The woman argued that we received the full value--18 roses, etc. In fact, there were only 8 short-stemmed roses, 4 daisies, and some fillers. They said they would pick up the flowers and make a new bouquet or "freshen it up." I told them they needed to either replace it (without disrupting my grieving family) with a nicer bouquet--something similar to what we ordered or refund our money. They said they would deliver a new nicer bouquet. They did, but the second one looked like a funeral spray--still nothing like what we ordered. I gave up, but I will not go back.
