Called for a quote and was told they would call me back. I tried calling the agent back multiple times only to be told he was still waiting to hear back from the underwriters. After 3-4 weeks, I gave up and went with another company. If it's that hard to get a quote, imagine how bad it must be to get help with a claim.

Would give them 0 stars. I would advise anyone I know to stay away from this crooked company. They quote rates then swap to higher premiums after youve agreed to a policy. They wont own up to their mistakes and transfer the cost to the customer. My insurance went from $75 a month to $631. Instead of owning up to their mistake they are forcing me to pay the balance and threatened me with sending me to collections if I dont. I had to cancel the policy but they are still forcing me to pay the higher premium.

I finally had it with shopping insurance online.. I would put my info on one page and *boom* the whole internet knows my info and is calling me about extended car warranties..
*cue superhero music*
Colter Griffel was just what I was looking for in an insurance agent. Professional and courteous. With his resources he was able to get me better coverage at a lower cost than what I had previously been paying. A +++
