Keith came out to help with our furnace, it turned off in the middle of the night and it was freezing! We called first thing in the morning and Keith was out less than 2 hours later. He was able to figure out what was wrong, fixed it, and cleaned up in less than an hour. He was very professional and polite, and did a great job explaining what was going on and how to prevent it in the future. Services: Cleaning, Heating system maintenance, Heating system repair

Called and made an appointment for a gas hook ups for my new gas stove. Appointment time came and went. Had to call the company 30 minutes after appointment time. Which the gal told me I wasnt put on the schedule, But they can have somebody out there in about 15 minutes. The gentleman who came out told me to text my email to the number I called to make the appointment. Which I did I call a week later, No quote was sent. Left a voicemail with my phone number and my email. Still no return call or quote to me email. Another week goes by still no call. I called back finally get somebody on the phone, and finally got my quote. Not only did I get the run around but my quote was 2times the amount of another company. Do not use this company.

Called a leading competitor, A1. Service appointment was a a week out. Good technician came out to test a HVAC fan not working. Did the things, correctly diagnosed the problem. Got the SN off my 40 year old RUUD unit and their parts guys said they couldn't come up with a replacement motor. Understandable. Pushed repair alternatives of about $2500, or whole unit quote that would probably be about 6K, ried to schedule a visit for a quote. Never did call back to inform me they could not locate a replacement motor - I found out one week later when I called them back. At the recommendation of a friend, called Americool. Owner, Keith. Had a tech out the next day. Tech pulled the bad motor to source a replacement. The next morning he had a replacement motor. That afternoon the motor was installed. $477. Who am I calling again?
