Drain Pro

Called last minute on a thursday night and the receptionist told me she would schedule me in for monday morning so I booked it since I couldnt get ahold of another company at that time. Called other companies Friday morning and they couldnt get anyone out to me unless I would pay after hours or a emergency visit if I needed done that day because they were so booked so we decided to wait til monday morning. Then the Technician called Friday afternoon and said he could swing by and possibly get it done for us today I was ecstatic they were great and quick to get the job finished and cleared showed me how bad the roots were and gave me a solution to the riot problem great guys super quick and easy to deal with. Don showed up on time (a little early) as agreed, scoped out the routing of the drain from the sink to the basement, tested the kitchen sink drain, picked the most efficient way to use a motorized snake, (from the roof vent), and cleared a root ball 20' down the drain, all within about 15 minutes. Excellent service. I have his card posted for the next drain problem.

Amazing stand-up guy again! Offered to come and do the job early! Showed up, got things put together again. Checked and re-checked his work many times! Fantastic guy, great business! Do not pass him up!
