        The person on duty was very nice and helpful when we went in to order an arrangement for my Dad's funeral. It's sad they're closing at the end of March.

        I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the service that I received from this company. Please know it did not start out good. I am out of state and paid for flowers to be sent to a restaurant for my mother in law's birthday dinner with her son. They never showed up. As I was gathering my ammunition to call and be upset I got a call from the owner stating how sorry she was that they had dropped the ball. Not only would she refund the money but still send flowers to my mother in law's home with an apology. The flowers were delivered the next day with the written apology and the card from us. That is how customer service should be handled. I am so pleased! I will definitely use this shop again. My mother in law still lives there in Clarkston.
