Mike's Mechanical is great! They replaced my gas fireplace that was damaged in the Avista crisis. Very good bunch to work with. They protected my floors, cleaned up afterwards and the fireplace is wonderful. Looks great. All within or a little below the estimate they had given me. I really appreciate how they handled all of it and solved some of the problems that come with an older house. Thanks Mike's.

I am very happy I gave Mikes Mechanical a chance to repair my fairly new Lennox outdoor unit. The dealer who sold me the unit pretty much sold me a bill of goods, multiple trips to repair it and a substantial amount of money spent by me to make it right. Kevin with Mikes is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain to the customer what needs to be done and why and what he has done. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The structure, teamwork, responsiveness, turnaround, professionalism, communication, and overall service from you guys is not normal. I am a project manager for small company based out of Seattle that does projects all over the country and I have never experienced anything like what Mike's brings to the table. If you take this operation to CA (don't do that), you would put everyone within 300 miles out of business. Working with them is like entering an episode of the Twilight Zone. its scary how good they are. Jeff, Justin, Wendy, Lisa, Evan, I know I forgot a couple names, thank you all for making things so easy for me and my family. This is the best HVAC company I have ever worked with, full stop.

We got a bid and scheduled Mikes Mechanical to come to the house to change out the electrical panel, remove a birds nest of old phone wire, replace several light fixtures, remove some old track lighting, and finish swapping the rest of the switches and outlets downstairs from cream to white (after we had finished repainting). This was the third time Jason and Casey from Mikes have been to the house for electrical work and they are absolutely amazing craftsman. They finished the work in half the time, even with me getting in their way a little to watch and joke around. Everything done by the [code] book. And as always . . . we are absolutely thrilled with the results. We have used three other companies for electrical work prior to Mikes, some good, some quite expensive for the services performed. But we are going to stick with Mikes for electrical from now on. Highly recommended.
We also got a bid and scheduled Mikes Mechanical to come to the house for plumbing work to include putting a recessed drain in the wall of the laundry room and cap off the water supply since we decided to take out the sink, troubleshoot a leaking drain line from the kitchen sink, replace the drain piping under the kitchen sink and put in a new disposal, and replace the vanity in the downstairs bathroom. Shawn (Sean sp?) was the plumber that came to the house. A friendly guy that worked solo and none of the projects were very easy. At the end of the day we couldnt be any more happy with the results and we definitely got our moneys worth. We highly recommend Mikes Mechanical for any plumbing projects you might need done.
