you buy a phone from them you're supposed to have a warranty and a guarantee but then when you start having problems with your phone all you do is get the run around and then when you finally get them to order you another phone it's obviously a refurbished phone that has the same problems that the other phone has and they charge you for it and then they're only offered to you when you have a problem with the refurbished phone that you paid for it I'll we can order you another one pay for it it's ridiculous and it's it's should be Criminal

We spoke with Avery and Ray on different visits, and both reps were stellar. We're new to the service, but our store visits were great - and the deal we got on four new phones and unlimited data was just fantastic. So . . . we returned yesterday to get the ZTE Bladeâ„¢ Z MAX, and went ahead and added yet another line at MetroPCS's insanely affordable prices. Avery was on hand to help us with the transaction, and recommended a screen protector that we purchased at the same time so he could install it - and, as always, things went smoothly, quickly, and painlessly. I need the best network coverage possible due to my job, so I am still evaluating the coverage on the fifth line to see if I can make the leap to the same plan as the rest of the family (much more affordable!). If I didn't travel so much for my job, honestly, it would be a no-brainer - I'd have left my current provider already. Our experience with MetroPCS has been so much better than any other provider, I'm baffled that they haven't been inundated with new clients!

We love our metro pcs unlimited plans. The kids watch videos all the time without any lag and we all listen to music as often as we are able to.
