Wow where to start, we are so grateful for Josh, we just bought a home and the water was terrible, no pressure, the hot water was lukewarm when taking a shower, not pleasurable and it was hard water, he came out and he knew what we needed, he put in a water softener, blew out the showers and sinks, we have hot water and pressure. Absolutely blown away by the knowledge and experience Donnie and Christian from Idaho Water Solutions brought to our Water Softener and RO project. I had no idea just how complex these systems can be to ensure maximum efficiency given how variable water quality and hardness levels are across the Treasure Valley. Idaho Water Solutions did an outstanding job from beginning to end in providing us with solutions for our water purification needs. Donnie did an excellent job in educating us on their services and products for our water condition. And he made sure we were getting exactly what we needed and no more, saving us money, unlike the other competitors that gave us quotes. They were punctual, professional, informative and demonstrated to be a company with integrity and care for their customers. Their prices were very competitive and they installed our water softening and reverse osmosis system without any delays. Christian did an excellent job in installing all the components in a professional and courteous manner and arrived early as well. I had a Iron Zapper installed about a year ago and have called twice now trying to ask some questions about the Filter. It doesn't seem to be working properly and now the Idaho Water Solutions phone number is no longer taking messages the in box is full. Meanwhile my filter doesn't seem to be working! New since my review. I'm sorry I missed your calls and emails? But the unit has worked great all these years. I had to call the manufacturer with my problems and they walked me though a solution.
