Brandon treated us with a personal touch that I was not expecting from anyone in the lending industry. He was extremely personable from start to finish. Brandon was also very informative and patient with us, as first time buyers. On top of how pleasant he was to work with, Brandon was able to put together a loan for us which beat out the offers from the "big lenders" we had spoken to. I cannot recommend him enough and know that I won't have to shop around at all next time I'm looking to purchase Real Estate.

I couldn't say enough good things about Brandon and his team. Brandon has a strong moral and ethical character. He is a guy you can trust when he tells you how much things are going to cost or when things will be completed, no beating around the bush. He is transparent and explains things in a very simple and easy to understand manner. Not only does he explain things simply, he is very patient and will re-explain things until you feel absolutely confident with every decision you make in the home buying process. He truly is out to help you save money as he receives a flat commission regardless of the price of the sale of the home, no monetary incentives to cheat you out of savings. He isn't pushy. To top it all off he is kind and funny, a guy you would totally feel comfortable grabbing a bite to eat with.
