When our well went out, we tried to replace a part by ourself, but mistakenly got the wrong part and our repair only lasted 5 days. We called a plumbing company that informed us the next day when they showed up there were only some things they could help with. Their free estimate turn out to be, "we need to do a diagnostic test for a couple hundred dollars, then we can tell you if it was something we can fix and how much it will cost." DPWD arrived the same day (though they were upfront with the fact we might need to wait until next day), replaced the part and showed me how the other part worked if needed as a backup. They were courteous, knowledgeable, fair-priced, and professional and I won't hesitate to call them in the future (our previous well guy moved).
