My husband and I are happy that we switched to Don Bates for our insurance. I love that we are saving money, and I love how amazing working with Don and his team has been. They are kind and care about what is going on with you. They aren't all about making money for themselves and genuinely care about making sure you have all the right insurance you need within your budget. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I just got off the phone with Peggy. I am having a little trouble with a auto body shop that replaced a headlight 2 weeks ago that is now malfunctioning. Peggy listened to my situation and was so empathetic and relatable. She was genuinely concerned and the only person during this whole ordeal that has shown any urgency. She is a complete breath of fresh air.
