I've used this company on two occasions. The service guys were on time and completed the work just fine. However, this company advertises same day service, my experience and two occasions this is not true. My suggestion is 1. they need to hire or train someone that answers the phone to be able to answer simple questions of how to program their product. 2. hire someone who is skilled in customer service. On two occasions I needed help with just reprograming the control panel. Hanna had no knowledge regarding this. The first time she said they couldn't get anyone out there for couple of days. The second time the problem occur she stated it would be 5 days before someone could help me. I told her the house was sold and that wasn't going to work for me. I did tell her she was no help and hung up. Hanna called a few minutes later stating, "Jim we are no longer going to accept your product." She didn't even get that right. I wasn't selling any product, I was asking for help with their product. I say it again, the service guys were great, but the receptionist needs to be trained.

They came through in a big way for me. My wife's truck was trapped in the garage due to a broken torsion spring and Scott came out the same day to get us going. He even showed up ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them for any repairs.

They showed up when they said they would and completed the install and programmed my cars and remotes as well as go over how to use everything. Looks great. Very professional. Great guys, fast response.

Excellent company! Came out on a Sunday to replace garage door springs that went out the day before, was quick, efficient and affordable! Highly recommend!
