Rathdrum Pharmacy

I use this pharmacy because I want to support the small guy.... the owner and her staff are very kind, always willing to answer questions and you can browse the gift shop items while you are there.

I love this place. They are always welcoming with smiles on their faces. The tech girls are always pleasant and the pharmacist is very caring and always willing to talk with you and has suggestions for getting the best care you need. Its especially great when youre already not feeling well.

Their over the counter medication might be pricey but for the amount you get is it worth it and their staff is friendly.

Mike Tim & Mary were really nice and extremely helpful. I enjoyed waiting for my prescription whilst browsing some of the great, "old time" Drug store items they have for sale and viewing. Just need a Soda-jerk and a soda fountain/counter to tie it all in very nicely. Thanks for the great service!

I could not rate this business any lower. My First time trying to fill a prescription here was a joke! The employee and the owner were all so incredibly rude! I Was told my prescription was not covered by my insurance. I said there has to be a mistake it has always been covered and asked for my insurance card back to call them. I was told "sure I guess, but they won't pay for it!" With a TON of attitude! I called my insurance company and it was just ran under the wrong number. They covered it! The owner was very short and rude to me and my insurance company on the phone as well. She even made a comment about my doctor not being from here. Lol. Because I couldn't get in to see my doctor for weeks I used my benefits tele-medicine. So the doctor I saw online was from Pennsylvania. I guess that offended them? DO NOT USE THIS PLACE TO FILL A PRESCRIPTION!
