        Libby (manager) is extremely rude. When I was at check out, I realized that I had grabbed an incorrect item. As I went to get the right one (leaving my husband at the register), she audibly started to complain about how she hates customers. This was said in front of my husband. She overcharged me for two of my items. When I asked for her to adjust the price, she said she would not. Stating "The store is a mess and I am working on updating prices". Having worked in retail, I know that that is against federal advertising laws. She would not attempt to contact anybody higher hthan her. After I left, I heard her complain to another customer about me. Extremely unpleasant to talk with, pushy, rude, condescending, and breaking laws just to cover her mistakes.

        Very nice staff that keep the store clean and as well-stocked as they can. If the shelf is empty, it is because they have not received a shipment. Some Family Dollars suck. This one does not.
