We called the one in idaho falls since we are in Ammon and it kept going threw as if someone answered but just hung up. We called this one and got help right away ! Jessie was amazing and helped us we really appreciate you guys actually doing your job! 5 stars from us ☺ï¸

I have had no problems with this company. I have lived here in Shelley for 5 years now and have had 1 power outage while I've been home. It lasted about an hour and a half and was resolved. I even have been late paying a bill once, and they have a simple button online that you can push and have your payment date pushed back with no fees, or questions asked. That meant a lot to me, as we all have issues that come up, or we simply forget.
