Don’t waste your time. Very unprofessional. This Dr. should not be practicing medicine.

The Dr is rigid and unwilling to help. Asked why something he recommended was necessary, his educated answer was and I quote "because" as he rolled his eyes. You can tell he doesn't love his job. Definitely doesn't enjoy helping people.

Very happy with the care we've received in person. Got the runaround when trying to get information over the phone. I would have given 5-stars but when I had a question about getting the information from my son's scout physical for his sport physical I ended up being transferred to the records department at the Hospital in Blackfoot. After explaining my situation the person there said, "And they transferred you to ME?!" I told her that's what I'd been thinking too. So 5 stars for the medical personnel and a generous 3 stars to the new receptionist. (The old one was much more helpful.)

Called to try and get my son in who was born 8 weeks early. They transferred me to the nurse and I asked her how she was doing and she didn’t say anything. So I wasn’t sure if she heard me or not so I said hello? And she snipped at me “I’m here!” In the most irritated voice I have ever heard! So I said wow sorry never mind and hung up on her. I don’t want to take my son to see someone as unprofessional as her. Even if she is just a nurse she is one of the first people you talk to and giving a very rotten first impression! I believe if I heard correctly her name was louis? Im sorry but if you can’t be tolerant of people then please don’t work in a position where it is your job to interface with people. I will definitely NOT be visiting this clinic any time soon. I would rather drive 30 mins so my child’s regular dr.
