I'm super done with this place. They mess up my orders all the time and the manager who can't hear very well always gets frustrated with us when we try to put our order in. We walked it on tonight and our pizza is dripping with sauce and little cheese and poor excuse for toppings. This location just needs to shut down...

The food is always mediocre. There aren't any tables or anything, only carry out. They do delivery, but their delivery range doesn't even cover the whole city of Shelley. We literally have a neighbor 2 houses down from us that they'll deliver to, but not us. I've gone in to pick up my food before and have stood at the counter for upwards of ten minutes before I saw a person. I could have called out for someone, but I thought that'd be rude. Thankfully, there is a Dominos now that will deliver to our house.

I've had them call and cancel orders that were placed online 2 times now. Both orders were placed before their posted closing time. I'm done ordering from them!

This pizza hut is amazing, I have had one messed up order once, but it's a busy pizza service business so I can understand, when I called the manager to tell him the problem he was very sincere and offered me a new fresh order to make up for the problem, it arrived hot and fresh in only 30 min, I'm very happy to order here and recommend it to anyone.
