I went today to get a blood drawn for my 2 year old. The staff member (I think her name was Keisha) was excellent! She walked my daughter through every step of what she's doing, she told her how she's going to tie a blue rubber band on her arm, then she has a "butterfly" and how it'll land on her arm and have a bit of a pinch just like this (and did a quick pinch on her arm), and quickly she put the needle in and drew several vials of blood and got the job done without any tears or fuss! Amazing! If you have a child that needs any blood work, I highly recommend this location!
