Easy to chat with! He is great at explaining my options so I can fully understand what my insurance details are. Honest suggestions while considering my personal needs & budget! He is very knowledgeable in his field and provides guidance to all his clients like they are family!

I have been with this office since I was 16 and started driving so almost 20 years now through multiple cars, renters insurance and now my mortgage, I have never been more pleased with any company I use for anything! I recently had an issue where my loan number changed on my mortgage and I came back from vacation with a letter stating my insurance hadnt been renewed or it was cancelled and they got it all resolved me so quickly, like within an hour! Thank you all for your help and recommend to anyone!

Great customer service. They take care of you like family. The office has knowledgeable workers that do not try to just sell you on a policy, but rather educate you and look out for your family needs. John Schroeder is the best. He is always ready to help and goes above and beyound when I need help. 5 stars

I was with a different agent and they retired. The newcomers were completely incompetent. I switched over to Toms office and have been more than pleased with their professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness. Their customer service is spectacular and would highly recommend them to anyone. John Schroeder is the individual I have spoken to the most and he is beyond knowledgeable on every issue or question weve ever had. Not to mention he is kind too. I am highly impressed with John.

Everyone in the office here is amazing. I've needed to actually use my insurance twice this year (one home and one auto) and the whole process was less stressful thanks to John. I cant say enough about him....he is the reason they got my business again after I strayed. I highly recommend!
