I brought my 2015 chevy sonic to swap out the turbo. I knew this was not a simple oil change but trusted this shop because they had fairly good reviews. They are local I was trying to support our people's business as a Mexican woman myself. Only to pick up my car today after a month of them trying to resolve the issues I initially took it in for. I lost over $2000 and my vehicle is still not repaired. I now have to try and recover financially to take my vehicle for full repairs as it's my only means of transportation. I am truly disappointed because all I asked for is honesty and a simple phone call letting me know they are not familiar with that type of work or unequipped I would have pick up my car and appreciated their honesty but now I feel literally robbed by my own people truly disheartening -UPDATE my car still has the engine light since I picked it up. It drives very forcefully and today on my way to work it started smoking and leaking oil this is a disaster of a repair. Now currently waiting from a response from the owner because he has yet to even acknowledge that his shop was in any way responsible 🙄. Pictures included.
