        This branch has declined tremendously over the years. While the tellers are prompt and professional, the remaining bank provided services are extremely poor. Additionally, there are frequently homeless individuals in the cash station lobby or young adults loitering and begging for money as you enter and exit.

        I had an appointment at noon. Lee Cohen makes me waited for 30 minutes. After wasting my time for 30 minutes, he told me I can't open an account. He is a bit arrogant, speak super fast, and treat customer like factory assembly line.
