I totally disagreed with H. Chen's review. She sent us paper work to authenticate a document to be used in China. The document was an intent to commit a fraud. She wanted to authenticate a power of attorney to sell a property that she was UNABLE to prove that she was a legitimate owner. The Chinese Consulate recognized such a fraudulent act and even gave us a warning. Our record is unblemished, and we are ready and prepared to provide evidence to that effect. Please see her review on another company that was helping her to get fingerprints. According to her review, she was attempting to get fingerprints on three separate occasions.
