DMD Restoration & Remodeling

We are subcontractors and we waiting for our money almost 2 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give NEGATIVE stars - I would. The owner is as shady as they come. He robs Peter to pay Paul. He does not pay his subcontractors on time - he stalls and lies his way into the next mess. His employees have not been paid in almost a month and the checks he writes are bouncing all over the place. This guy needs to go to jail. Customers are lied to and promises are broken on a daily basis. It is just a shame - because his technicians, office staff and project teams are amazing - and last week - most of them were laid off. STAY AWAY from DMD - the worst of the worst.

I don't really care for the work done in my new home. It looks as if the floors weren't sanded and you can clearly see the old stain right through the ne darker stain. I don't know much about restaining floors but I'm pretty sure the stain I picked should be the only one I see. They are also terrible at customer service. I can't seem to get a return call from the project managers on my job or anyone in the office.

Very bad at communication. They promise things they cannot get done. Do not recommend. Very disappointed.

DMD was prompt and direct... much appreciated after dealing with water damage and not knowing what could be restored.
