        Moved office and changed address with out informing customers and then calls and complains that the payments are getting to them fast enough! Maybe if you said there is a new address to your CUSTOMERS, then this would not be an issue!!!

        This place is very horrible no customer service skills at all they put me on hold for 20mins I called about my insurance and Veronica totally disregard my question and started talking about some thing else then when I redirected the question she had a attitude about it and hung up the phone on me I would pay not one red penny to these people no more not even with Monopoly money
