Your claim of patient first is a joke. Contacted this company on a Tuesday for Oxygen needs of a discharging patient on Friday. Followed up Thursday only to find out that some paper works were needed to be signed by MD yet nobody bothered to call for update. Latrina said "We cant deliver anything until payment is secure" so agency decided to pay for Oxygen cost, but up to the day of discharge more paperworks were needed and sent the night before even though the patient desperately needed the oxygen. Poor service and staff are snobs especially Latrina; super unreliable and not friendly . Had to transfer to a different company who got everything done in 4 hrs.
