Really great place for an overnight before an early flight! Great employees, great service!

10/19/2018 Cont. There are ten photos to show proof of how dirty our room was on trip advisor reviews. I notice one area that states 2 star hotel but 4 stars are showing. Everywhere I look with other sites it showed 4 stars. This is not a 4 star anything. Photos doesn't lie. Yes, I got to that hotel around evening time, but I dropped off our luggage and left for errands. I returned to the room at about 10 or 11pm. By then, yes it was too late for us to look for another hotel when I have a 1 year old toddler and our flight left at 7am which mean we had to be up by 4am. Once I took a bath, I notice the filth in the restroom. Others that was with me noticed the filth on the sheets. No matter how many stars you say you have versus the stars I seen which are 4 stars, the room should still be clean. Hair and existing dirt and filthy sheets should not be present. Also the price was over $200 which was not cheap by far. I just stayed in a hotel in Chicago Ohare and paid about $130 and it was beautiful, clean, and everything a hotel should have. So I can't agree that your prices are good. For a room of that magnitude, it should be only about $100 or less if park, sleep, fly is included. If not, then $60 would be suitable for you all. Then I would expect something more like your hotel, but even in saying that, the rooms should still be clean. Don't forget photos show proof. Please refer to trip advisor review. If I knew how to leave photos on this I would show you here. I travel 3-5 times a year and go on vacations. This is the first time I ever left a review on how dirty my hotel room was. I've been traveling this often for about 7 years now. Even if I seen a little dirt, I would assume that maybe housekeeping just missed a spot, but this hotel was on a another level of filthiness. Don't mean to sound rude, but when people go on vacation they would like a clean hotel even if the hotel is outdated like this one. Thanks
