I am a lien holder and there was no fuss, no wait on the information I needed. Full professional courtesy. Exactly what I expect form a State Farm Agent. I have State Farm too, and I would recommend State Farm over all others based on my professional experience with agent, Mike Matkowskyj

This review is for Joe Struck - hands down, the best insurance rep Ive dealt with. I recently moved back to Chicago from overseas, and was looking for a reliable and professional insurance agent. Joe picked up the phone and answered all of my questions and, if he didnt know something (which is rare IMHO), he promised to call back (which he did). Easy going, confident, pleasant, and quick to response. If you want your insurance (car, rental, etc) dealt with professionalism, and knowing there is someone on the other end listening to you - Joe is your guy.
