I have looked throughout Morgan Park area for insurance for my father. Well my mother told me to check her insurance company out since the other companies were so high. Needless to say, I called and spoke with a lady named Tiffany P. and she helped get us right together quick. Come to find out, same location I use to have. Good quotes & great service. I will return for mine soon...

The women in this office are so professional and helpful. Even when I came in for issues that made them no commission such as my vin being wrong on my card, they were diligent, knowledgeable and helpful. I no longer have freeway(Direct Auto refused to help me with a claim and I had to pay out of pocket while I had full coverage. Different story for a different day) but before I leave the company I just wanted to express my gratitude to this office.

The price quoted on the website was completely different when talking to the unprofessional license agent Tasha. I ask that you review the call and not use her as a 3rd party entity as she was very rude. Ive spoke with many different insurance agents today and this interaction was a complete turn off. Im sorry to give you guys a 1star review but I shouldnt feel the way I do after possibly being a potential customer. You cant expect me to give my money to your company, for you to turn around and give commission to a person that was not pleasant during our quoting session. A good insurance agent sells and would not have lost money for your business. To Tasha, thank you for losing Freeways business and yes, the price you quoted was much higher than the other companies. I quote her by saying You can go with another place if you feel like you can find one cheaper. Again, I was only looking for quotes and she overly quoting or not looking for the best quotes shows she really needs a new profession. Thank you for your poor service Tasha, and I will. It would help your business if she loses the attitude
