Guiovanny and Yolanda did a great job with my personal loan. Just to make it clear, I did notice some reviews that are misleading. First of all, "Pre-Approval" doesn't mean you getting a loan. It's all base on your credit and income. Secondly, they have been short staffed. Being a small business owner, it's hard to find quality employees these days. Everyone wants higher wages but have lack of experience and don't want to work. In my opinion, this shouldn't reflect solely on management. Finally, you get your loan agreement via email, which for security reasons the pin expires in 7 days. Just ask to print your loan on the spot when you sign so there's no misunderstandings. All in all, I am very pleased with this branch. Thank you so much.

This branch is TERRIBLE, they are unorganized and their management is the primary reason. Their “sales people” make arrangements that the Manger does not honor. Do yourself a favor and find a different One Financial. Save yourself the agony of being treated as a number, and find someone who can honor their word
