Horrible Front Desk experience at Night!
Stayed there in May 28-29 with late check in because of the flight delay. Called earlier about it and they said it is not a problem they will make a point on reservation.
but than when i arrived they forced me to do a complete new reservation for much higher price of course in order to still stay here. It was 2am and i am new to the city so I didnt have any other options.
So front desk refused to reinstate that reservation that I did from Marriott website (not third-party or company reservation) and called kindly to ask about late check in

A hotel in a central position, reachable both by public transport and by your own vehicle. Fast check in and friendly staff; spacious and clean rooms, clean environment and large and very bright bathroom. Right amenities, and the convenience of having a kitchen in the room is truly unparalleled.
The TOP breakfast, with really excellent food and service.

Super hotel. Amazing comfy rooms. Great staff. The location is very good. Train station, millennium park, lake shore trail is all walkable. The breakfast was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
Rooms: Rooms were great. The bed was very comfy. It was well kept and well maintained
Nearby activities: The hotel is located in the heart of downtown. Millennium park, art institute of Chicago, Cloud gate , Lake shore trail was all within 15-20 mins walk.
Safety: Very safe. No safety concerns

Food & drinks: Breakfast in the hotel was great. Eggs, sausages, pastries and some vegan/ vegetarian options were there too
Noteworthy details: Very close to Washington train station. We got to the hotel very easily from ohare international airport
