UPDATE: I decided to call the hotel next to the parking garage. They manage the parking garage and will provide a parking decal for monthly parking customers. I haven't parked here, but the number listed is not in service. Also, I've seen signage for Mid City Parking, but the number listed on their website is out of order as well.

Unprofessional, rude, there phone line was never answered would ring and ring, or sometimes say it was disconnected, was impossible to communicate with them. Would call corporate and be disrespected. Will tow your car without even notifying you. Awful.

BEWARE..Do not park here! I've been in an extended stay at the hotel next door during a home renovation and the garage decided to tow my car during my 3rd week of parking even though my parking was paid for by the hotel well beyond the date they towed! The owner of the garage, Bill, is EXTREMELY unprofessional and only cares about making money from Cubs games and hung up on me 3 times as well as the hotel when we were attempting to locate my towed car. Find ANY other garage, this place should be out of business!
