Coplan & Crane

I wish I could say my response and effort to help me was like the other reviews that had been posted but not in my case. I can call and get no response from lawyer or paralegal. I have to call several times and let the receptionist know I’m upset that no one returns my call. The receptionist is very polite and try to help me as much as she can. I thank her for that. All I ask is to keep me informed and I can’t get that from my attorney ir paralegal. I’m told I will get a copy of documents still haven’t received them. I called yesterday again for an update still no return call. Again won’t post name but my experience is not the same. I don’t believe I’m valued as a client.

I was struck by a vehicle as a pedestrian and was concerned because the driver threatened me with legal action. Though I figured there was no case for them as it was cut and dry their fault. I still contacted this office for advice. Erv Nevitt was quick to respond, professional and helped put my mind at ease and offered assistance moving forward. I would highly recommend Coplan and Crane. They were organized and on top of my case. They informed me every step of my case and made me feel at ease. They responded to my emails in a short period of time. The whole staff was absolutely wonderful to work with. They were very personable and I felt like they really cared about helping me.
