I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Fiorentino when I was undergoing a major life event and I have nothing but positive things to say. He was very professional in all the ways that count, he was was punctual with all his responses, explained everything in great detail when needed (even when asked the same questions repeatedly) and basically helped me through a very daunting process that I could not have tackled on my own. Even after everything was completed, he reached out to make sure I was satisfied and made sure I did not have any additional questions. This was far above and beyond what I expected. I would undoubtedly recommend him to any of my close friends.
