I don't know if it is recent or something but the service in the pharmacy was great for me, Miguel was kind and helpful, also Jim was quite nice when I was in the store

This is a very poorly run pharmacy - we have been waiting two days for a critical medication for our child who just had surgery, if he doesnt get the medication he will go blind. Our doctor has confirmed and resent it in three times to this location and yet they claim to have no record of it. I showed them the screenshot of the medication sent in and they acted like I was crazy. They didnt even offer to call the doctors office to get it sorted out. Their customer service skills are absolute garbage. We will never go back here and quite frankly if anything happens as a direct result of not getting this medication in a timely manner, we will sue.

The manager, Jim was very helpful; he had great customer service and had my passport ready in minutes!

I didn't know that a cashier can take 20 minutes ringing up 1 customer! I mean slowed the whole store down. Y'all should get rid of that senior citizen lady. I mean my gosh, y'all are going to lose out on a lot of customers. I'll never be back
