I would not recommend using their service for several reason and based on a recent experience I had with them: 1. The person who came to my place to help with rodding the main sewage was rude and unprofessional. 2. Although I already told him the problem and the fact that the way to get there is through the street main basin, he came over and charged me the consultation fee of 100$ just to confirm what I already told him. 3. They are not honest. He told me the city would not allow using the main basin at all and would fine me 50k$ if we do so. I called Evanston Building Department the next day and they said they usually dont have any problem with that as long as they get a call and be informed. 4. They are not good at what they do. He didnt check to see what the other options would be to rod the pipe. He just wanted to get the 100$ and get out ASAP. I called another company an hour later, the evaluated the sewage system in detail and determined a way to get the job done and fixed the issue on the same day (on the weekend).
