South Loop Urgent Care

This place is weird and does not seem like a legit medical practice. I sat in a weird leather chair with a makeshift desk with hand sanitizer and lamp on it. I didnt get any testing done to know what I had wrong with me but they prescribed me antibiotics anyway?? I was so sick that I didnt have it in me to question them I just wanted to go home. Will not be going back and do not recommend.

I came in a week ago and I have to say, the professionalism is astounding! Dr. Khan made me feel like I was the most important person on earth and explained everything in terms I could understand. I refrained from writing a review until I had enough time to make sure the treatment he gave me worked, and my god did it work. I feel as good as new! Thank you Dr. Khan.

Great service! Both doctors here are really kind and helpful! The students there are really respectful as well. Enjoyed my experience here

I needed 3 stitches near my elbow. I paid out of pocket. The doctor told me the cost of removing them in 10 days was included and that I wouldnt have to pay when I returned. 10 days later a new doctor told me I had to pay again. On the previous visit I let him allow the medical students also practice suturing the stitches. If I would have known they were not being honest about the total expense, I would not have been gracious enough to allow the students to acquire some learning and experience. Its problematic when people at these institutions lie and dont properly document what clients have been told.
