I recently purchased a used vehicle from Infiniti of Clarendon Hills and can't say enough about how well I was treated! Eddy Lindt was my sales representative and he was extremely courteous and professional. I would also like to mention how helpful the managerial and finance staff were in the purchasing process. i would definitely recommend eddy to my friends and family!

I wish I could give this dealership a -5. In all fairness, We had a really nice and informative sales rep, Rami R. We test drove the suv and was ready to purchase. The vehicle monthly payment came in over our budget, so we weren't comfortable moving forward. I was having a hard time wrapping my mind around the higher payment. Rami went to get the sales manager, Joe B. What a total @$$ !!! He was extremely dismissive, impatient, unprofessional, and RUDE to me and my husband as we explained that the car note cost more than we were comfortable paying. So, we told them we were leaving. We. LITERALLY, went across the street to Lexus, had an amazing experience and bought an suv with them. And, the car note was about the same as Infiniti lol. That Infiniti dealership will never get our business!

A dealership that will support you after the sale. Do yourself a favor and get Luke as a salesperson. I'm certain that they all are good, but i can personally attest to Luke. Luke picked me up from the Airport and drove me to the dealership. Luke knows how to talk to people. He was friendly and familiar without ever being overbearing. I flew up to Chicago from New Orleans to buy this particular car so i was as close to "pot committed" as one can be and at no point in the process did i feel like Luke had anything but the best intentions. Luke made every effort to make sure my buying experience was a good one. Joe Belmonte (used car manager) was my initial point of contact for the vehicle and he made every effort as well to offset some of my travel expense in the price of the car. Thank you Joe! Lastly, about 200 miles into the drive home the vehicle did experience a minor issue that was not expected. I called Luke and Joe; both responded rapidly (it was almost 8pm). Joe B. instructed me to drive to the nearest Infiniti dealership to my home and get the vehicle looked at and Infiniti Clarendon Hills would take care of the cost without knowing what that total cost would be. Joe B was 100% true to his word, he covered the total cost of the repairs. I find this extraordinary! Joe could have easily said "you drove it off the lot, she is yours to deal with now" or he could have only covered a portion of the repair; yet what he did was stay true to his word and honor an agreement that i did not ask for and that he volunteered on his own. Ask yourself how often that happens in the car business? So, when its time for my wife to buy a car i will honor a personal oath, and fly up to Chicago and buy a car from this dealership and from my new friend Luke! I just wont do it in the Winter! How do yall do it? Thank you Luke, Joe B and Joe F. for all that you did during the purchase of my 2014 QX70S (a true unicorn in the Infiniti world)
